I’m not gonna pretend to say asking our programmers to change music scheduling software was easy or a popular decision, but I don’t think there’s a single programmer in our organization who a) wasn’t pleased with MusicMaster’s attention to detail and support or b) wasn’t happy to have made the change once the transition was all said and done.
I can’t think of a single instance where we had issues that manifested themselves in our product or had any consumer impact whatsoever.
Maybe the best endorsement I can give you comes from Jim Ryan. Jim was so opposed to the change from Selector to MusicMaster that he paid out of his own pocket to keep Selector before finally caving and admitted to me when he did that he should have made the transition sooner as he loves the platform.
We couldn’t imagine running our stations without them now.
